Global DPF Company offers an active metal-mesh substrate diesel particulate filter certified at the “3+” level for highway diesel engines by the California Air Resources Board, capable of reducing particulate emissions by at least 85%. This diesel filter operates on the same principle as an in-vehicle catalyst converter—it traps particulates contained in diesel exhaust, preventing their release into the air. Global DPF Company’s technology tolerates a wide range of diesel fuel qualities without adverse reactions to low-quality fuels or contaminants on the market. During engine operation, excess particulates are trapped within the metal-mesh substrate. To clear these trapped particulates, the filter must be regenerated.
